VISI & MISI

The Vision and Mission of UBAYA FBE is the embodiment of the UBAYA Vision which has been set in the 2012 UBAYA Statute which is in accordance with the demands of the times (spirit of the age / zeitgeizt) on UBAYA's Vision and Mission. UBAYA's vision is "To Be The First University In Heart And Mind" which implies that UBAYA is the top of mind private university on a national scale in education, research, and community service. Second, the meaning of "to be the first university in heart and mind" shows UBAYA's vision of education which is holistic and intact, namely not only growing hard skills of scientific skills (in mind) but also soft skills (in heart).

Thank you for your interest in the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Surabaya (FBE-Ubaya). FBE-Ubaya is one of the faculties in Indonesia that offers high quality learning, in preparing reliable professionals in the fields of Economics-Business, Management, and Accounting. The main focus of FBE learning includes the development of academic qualifications in accordance with their areas of expertise (hard skills) and the development of managerial, leadership and ethical competencies (soft skills), as a provision for graduates to compete in the world of work.
